Description:
The Soursop is a fruit native to the tropics and known as Sirsak in Bahasa Indonesia. The fruit was brought to Indonesia from Central America or the Caribbean during colonial times. Its taste is unique with some describing it as reminiscent of apple, strawberry, with a slight citrus sourness. Widely consumed raw or juiced, its prickly exterior hides a beautiful edible white pulp.
