Pride of India - Bunga Bungur
The Pride of India flower or Lagerstroemia Regia is an ornamental plant much loved for the bright purple petals of its flowers. Native to southern Asia, the plant was grown in private gardens all over the Indies and occasionally used as a jamu (herbal drink) ingredient.
